1. Promotion is valid for stays from 1 May 2018 to 31 December 2018, with reservations made from 22 March 2018 00:00 hours to 28 March 2018 23:59 hours in Singapore Standard Time (SST).
2. Promotion validity may vary by residences. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Prior reservation is required.
3. Guests need to sign up or log in as an Ascott Online Advantage Member to book the member promotional rates online via Ascott websites.
4. Promotional rates and apartment types are subject to availability.
5. Rates are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
6. This offer is not open to existing leasing contract customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, partner offers, third party websites, corporate and promotional rates.
7. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Prepayment may be required upon reservation. Reservations are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. Minimum and/or maximum stay period restrictions may apply to reservations at selected serviced residences.
9. The Ascott Limited’s guarantee and cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified during reservation process.
10. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions without prior notice.

12. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and other translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
