Here's how it works

01Make a booking on any Ascott website - www.the-ascott-cn.com, www.citadines-cn.com, www.somerset-cn.com, www.ascottchina.com.

02If you find a lower rate on another website that is for the same property, room type, reservation dates, rate inclusions, number of guests, as well as the same booking, deposit, payment and cancellation conditions, submit the Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form within 24 hours of your booking confirmation. The claim form must also be submitted at least 72 hours before the standard check-in time on your arrival date.

03Your claim will be verified by our property within the next business day (Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday for Gulf region properties, excluding local public holidays).

04If the lower comparison rate you found qualifies under the Terms and Conditions, we will adjust your reservation to reflect the lower rate, and will award you with 10X (10 times) Ascott Star Rewards points to your Ascott Star Rewards account after your stay.
