10.All ASR membership privileges are personal to the Member and are non-transferable to any third party.

13.TAL may, at its discretion, add, remove, or vary any privileges available under the ASR membership without prior notice to the Member. The Member shall not be entitled to any compensation for such additions, removals, or variations.
14.Members are required to keep TAL fully indemnified from and against all loss and damage directly or indirectly caused, arising from, or relating to the Member's use of the ASR membership and/or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
15.In the event of inconsistency between the English version and other language versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
